Author Guidelines

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. ICTIIA 2026 will not accept papers that, at the time of submission, are under review for or have already been accepted or published in a journal or another conference.

2. The final submission file is in Microsoft Word. If submitting in LaTeX file format, please include LaTeX source code for camera ready submission.
All camera-ready versions must be prepared in English and between four (4) and a maximum of six (6) pages in length (please refer to the general IEEE guidelines on various applied font sizes and other details).

3. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors’ names are removed from submission, with “Author” and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors’ name, paper title, etc. ICTIIA 2026 employs a double blind reviewing process (reviewers do not know the author’s identity or vice versa). The authors should ensure that their identity never appears anywhere in the submitted paper.

4. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting “Remove personal information from file properties on save”; clicking Save.

NON-PRESENTED PAPER POLICY
The committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Output Publication:

Accepted Papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

No Show Policy

All accepted papers MUST BE presented orally (offline) or virtually (online) at the Conference in order to be published in the proceeding, unless their paper will not be published in the proceeding.

Final Camera Ready Submission

Please upload your final paper in PDF considering all reviewer comments. In addition, please check again IEEE conference template and make sure that your paper follows the template.

Before uploading the final version (camera ready) of your paper we kindly ask you to verify if your PDF is compatible with IEEE Xplore. IEEE offers a service for checking the PDF compatibility:
